WilmerHale’s former partner joins Del’s bankruptcy bank.

Law360 (April 28, 2021, 3:40 p.m. EDT) – A former WilmerHale partner and long-time bankruptcy lawyer with experience in the United States Supreme Court was sworn in this week as the new judge of the Court of Delaware bankruptcies, joining seven other lawyers on the bench at one of the country’s busiest insolvency venues.

Craig Goldblatt, a former partner in WilmerHale’s bankruptcy and financial restructuring group, was the second new judge to join the Delaware bankruptcy court this month. The court announced he was sworn in in a private ceremony on Monday, with a public investiture to follow at a later date.
